We are now accepting applications from experienced Enterprise Risk Managers.

The Enterprise Risk Manager reports to the Enterprise Program Operations Lead and is responsible for establishing the appropriate risk and opportunity management processes for use within projects across the Australian business.

You contribution to the team will include:

  • Assisting with the monitoring/auditing of project risk and opportunity across the Australian business
  • Provision of specialist advice to assist project implementation of risk and opportunity activities
  • Provision of enterprise-wide advice and training re risk and opportunity including quantitative analysis tools
  • Assisting with risk and opportunity interventions to improve risk and opportunity management for major/high risk projects, or specific projects as directed
  • Assisting the PM Central Function in provision of independent analysis of project risk, opportunity models and system ownership of risk tools/repositories
  • Training risk modellers in advanced quantitative risk analysis techniques
  • Assisting the PM Function to promote management of risk and opportunity within projects, consolidation and standardisation of risk and opportunity repositories

As the ideal applicant, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or significant experience in project management, with emphasis on Risk Management experience
  • Experience working with quantitative risk management tools
  • Experience in develop and implement processes and procedures for the identification, appropriate use and reporting
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating workshops and coordinating enterprise risk review boards
  • Experience in providing risk reports including Product Data Summary Sheets, Gateway Review action status, Early Indicators and Warning Scans, Senate Estimates and Ministerials
  • Sound knowledge of project management techniques and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive, build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
