About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Analyst to join our SSN AUKUS team based at Flinders St, Adelaide.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
Reporting to the Enterprise Resourcing Lead, you will be responsible for the analysis and management of resource demand data to support the delivery of resourcing growth across the SSN AUKUS business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the establishment and ongoing management of the Operational Workforce Planning (OWP) approach for SSN AUKUS business, including facilitating monthly resource demand meetings with project leads and maintaining OWP data
- Manage various resourcing datasets for SSN AUKUS business, including coordinating data inputs from project leads and alignment of resourcing and other relevant program data, such as schedule, Basis of Estimates (BoE) and Job Taxonomy mapping
- Generate cyclical and ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key resource demand and supply trends, risks and recommendations
- Support engagement with ASC on workforce planning and resourcing data requirements, including support of the joint Strategic Workforce Planning tool
- Identify and implement continuous improvement requirements for OWP for SSN AUKUS business, including resourcing data collection, management and insights, as well as overall process
- Work with the broader resourcing team to enable efficient and effective resourcing of the SSN AUKUS business
About YOU
- Previous experience in resourcing data analytics or similar role
- A strong ability to analyse, present and challenge data with various stakeholders
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex business/project environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or equivalent would be beneficial
- Eligibility for a Negative Vetting Level 1 Defence security clearance
