About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a great opportunity for a Learning Partner to join our SSN AUKUS team. Reporting to the Capability and Learning Specialist, this role is responsible for the design and successful implementation of career pathways into and within the program, to enable clear and transparent understanding of career development within the program.
This role can be based at our Flinders St, Osborne Shipyard or Edinburgh Parks offices in SA.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia such as a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing career pathways for external entry, and internal progression within program functions, to meet program needs
- Maintaining career maps for relevance according to program need
- Supporting personnel to identify their career pathway and identify next steps to progress within that pathway
- Working with multiple stakeholder groups to understand their needs and determine suitable career pathways to meet those needs
About YOU
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A strong understanding of Business, Industry, and sector job architecture frameworks and enterprise agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in visual story telling
- Excellent time management skills and a self-starter with high attention to detail
- Ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Resilient and ability to overcome obstacles
- Have a creative mindset and comfortable pioneering new processes
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Defence security clearance
