About You:

You'll also need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work.

What You'll Do
As a Project Management Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:
- Support Project Delivery: Assist in conceiving, executing, and integrating projects, learning from experienced project managers to ensure successful outcomes in diverse initiatives.
- Learn & Apply Project Management Tools: Develop expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile) to support project optimisation and contribute to effective project delivery.
- Evaluate Project Solutions: Work alongside senior project managers to evaluate and select the best solutions, setting the foundation for innovative practices and high standards in project management.
- Assist in Project Planning & Monitoring: Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that you gain valuable hands-on experience in meeting project milestones and objectives.
- Adhere to Best Practices & Standards: Be mentored in adhering to project management methodologies, ensuring strict compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while contributing to the overall success of defence projects.
