About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have two vacancies for Production Administrators where you will be responsible for supporting and working collaboratively with the project team and assisting with other departments and stakeholders as required.
This role reports into our Production Business Support Lead who is responsible for overseeing the functional management of the Production Administration group and ensuring that the team provides consistent support across multiple areas of the business to ensure operational demands are met.
Both roles are supporting our Trades teams onsite and are customer facing in a production environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and assistance to the teams for all aspects of Time and Attendance, including system support, data entry for leave and troubleshooting of issues
- Coordinating meetings, inclusive of meeting logistics, catering, minute taking, recording actions and maintaining meeting agendas
- Organising and supporting business events, provide customer service, escort and supervise visitors within secured areas
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of manager and/ or team leads
- Effective stakeholder engagement and maintenance of positive relationships
- Ad hoc administrative or project tasks as required
- Administration support to the wider Operations Administration team as required
About YOU
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced, operational, or production-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Team orientated with a lean in approach and able to deliver in short time frames and a changing environment
- Excellent time management skills and be a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- A flexible and can do attitude
- Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Oracle and Time & Attendance systems is desirable
