- Ensuring appropriate escalation of identified program level issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Structuring and facilitating effective governance from mid to executive level including crafting and driving forums, delivering key messages and ensuring effective outcomes.
- Developing detailed presentations and providing briefings at IPT and program delivery lead team level reviews and governance forums.
- Championing and facilitating collaboration between IPTs.
- Conducting deep dives on major issues across IPTs to understand and articulate to the program any dependencies, required by dates, impacts resulting from insufficient/late delivery.
- Providing input into Schedule Integration Reviews.
About YOU
- Significant relevant experience in Project Management.
