About the OPPORTUNITY:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and transformation? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of IT initiatives that drive innovation, improve business processes, and enhance user experience across our line of business.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT-related projects—from initial scoping and planning through to execution and post-implementation review. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
You'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, which may include system upgrades, software implementations, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across various business units
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business users, and leadership
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with governance frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management
About You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing IT or digital projects in medium to large organisations
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) highly regarded
- A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualification in technology, business or relevant experience
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1
