About the OPPORTUNITY

Based at our Williamtown, NSW Offices, as a Stores Person you will be responsible for supply and logistics operations in accordance with company standard and procedures and any respective customer service agreement/s.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Unload and load consignments – forklift operations.
• Inspect incoming F35 Program deliveries in accordance with Lockheed Martin procedures and standards.
• Inspect and receipt Oracle deliveries as per BAE Systems Australia policies and procedures.
• Maintain and manage F35 uniform store.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calibrations.
• Manage disposals in accordance with F35 Program policies and procedures.
• Manage hazardous chemicals.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments for the whole site.

About YOU

• Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Essential).
• Forklift License LF/LO (Essential)
• Explosive Ordnance (EO) (Essential).
• Ability to undertake a B shift (if required).
• Understanding of ITAR requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP based programs.
• Excellent excel knowledge.
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) (desirable).
• Dangerous Goods qualifications, (desirable).
• Cert II, III or IV in Transport and Logistics (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to be flexible.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
