AIC DELIVERY MANAGER
ADELAIDE BASED
Grade: 8
Referral Fee Value: $2,000
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the AIC Manager, the AIC Delivery Lead will be responsible for identifying AIC (Australian Industry Capability) opportunities across SMEs, supply chain, program, enterprise, leading the capture of these opportunities from concept to contract award, developing AIC investment cases and supporting the broader general AIC team objectives and outcomes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the development, delivery and capture of AIC opportunities from concept through to contract award within cost, schedule and quality aspects in line with customer requirements
- Identify AIC opportunities across supply chain/program to enhance Australian industry participation and capability
- Develop the opportunity pipeline of AIC projects and business cases and support the development of AIC gap analysis
- Ensure all relevant business governance, LCM reviews and approvals are arranged, resourced and completed on time
- Develop and deliver AIC business cases to schedule and budget across all area of the program
- Participate and contribute in SME engagement, AIC Industry Events and budget AIC reporting improvement projects
KEY CRITERIA:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, supply chain, project management or business assurance.
- An ability to work in an agile manner, identify continuous improvement activities with strong collaboration skill
- Working knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to Supply Chain operations
- Forward thinking strong communicator coupled with an ability to engage effectively with wide range of stakeholders and customers.
- Degree qualification in procurement or supply chain management or studying towards is desirable
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
