Your new role:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative and secretarial support for our Hunter Class Program to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain team.
More specifically, you will
- Assist to optimise the operations of supply chain personnel and create an efficient and effective supply chain team and organisation
- Undertake work processing, data entry and collate/produce reports
- Coordinate end to end domestic and international travel and perform expense service for staff
- Develop appropriate systems, procedure and controls to enhance accuracy, timeliness and presentation of work for the team
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain general office supplies for the business
- Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related materials
- Book meeting rooms, arrange catering, take minutes and assist ES's and other admin staff as required
About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in in the provision of confidential secretarial, administrative and clerical service for a senior manager within business environment
- Sound experience in support service especially preparing agendas and managing follow-up actions
- Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement whilst maintaining strict confidentiality
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills with an ability to prioritise and work effectively under right deadlines
- Proficient user of MS Office skills especially word, excel and power point
Whilst not essential, certificate of office administration or equivalent quality management systems or studying towards is advantageous
