About the Opportunity:
As a Graduate within our Electronics Engineering function, whilst developing yourself, you will provide support and assistance to Managers within the business.
This position will be offered as a stream 1 or 2 option (dependant on location)
This function is offering placements in both rotational and non-rotational streams. The rotational stream will see you undertake three one year placements, giving you an appreciation of different areas of the business and the non-rotational stream will see you enjoying stability and the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of that domain. You'll have the opportunity during your application to confirm which stream you prefer or if you would like to be considered for both.

As an Electronics Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:
- Design, implement, integrate, test, qualify and install electronics/hardware equipment and systems to meet defence and commercial requirements
- Utilise appropriate design capture and analysis tools to aid the development process
- Conduct trade studies to determine the strengths and weaknesses of candidate solutions
- Undertake the translation of the design into a manufacturable solution incorporating changes as required
- Support and conduct integration, verification and qualification activities to ensure that the product meets all requirements including safety and regulatory requirements
- Comply with the requirements of the BAE Systems Quality Systems as they relate to your areas of activities

To be eligible, you must be due to complete your studies in 2023 (or have already completed) a University degree qualification in an appropriate discipline.
You will also need demonstrated team work and communication skills coupled with a desire to grow and learn.
Due to the nature of our work, you'll also need to be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance.
