About BAE Systems:
BAE Systems Australia develops the latest technologies, capabilities and infrastructure to protect the people of the Australian Defence Force. As a Graduate, you'll play a role in helping us to deliver this, supporting multi-billion dollar programs across every Australian Defence domain – air, land, sea and space.
About the Opportunity:
As a Graduate within our Finance & Accounting function, whilst developing yourself, you will provide support and assistance to Managers within the business.
This position will be offered as a Stream 2 option
As part of the graduate program, you will undertake three one year placements. As a result, you'll develop an appreciation of different areas in the business while you explore which appeals most to you through the rotations.

As a Finance & Accounting Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:
- Work with the central finance accounting team
- Prepare and analyse financial data
- Support financial reporting activities
- Conduct journal posting & payroll accounting
These opportunities will be available in:
- SA-CBD, Osborne, Edinburgh Parks

To be eligible, you must be due to complete your studies in 2023 (or have already completed) a University degree qualification in an appropriate discipline.
You will also need demonstrated team work and communication skills coupled with a desire to grow and learn.
Due to the nature of our work, you'll also need to be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance.

What's next?
Short listed applicants will be invited to participate in a 1-way video interview. Subsequent stages of the process will include an interview, either in person or online.
Once this interview stage has been completed preferred candidates will be sent background screening and pre-employment health assessments.
