About the OPPORTUNITY

Come join us as a Learning Partner within our Maritime Australia line of business supporting the Hunter Class Frigate project. You will be working with our Learning and Capability team where your contribution will assist our Functional and Technical training specialists to improve learning quality and the development and advancing of our learning and assessment strategies ensuring optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS) functionality and supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Take advantage of our flexible work arrangements, including options like a 9-day fortnight, flexible start and finish times and a hybrid work model. This role can be based from any of our BAE Offices in Australia.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Business Analytics:
- Collect and analyse data on learning outcomes and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Use a systems approach to learning in learning design such as ADDIE
- Supporting the continued use of Learning Management Systems across and within the Enterprise to support the consistent management of learning
- Manage internal and external stakeholders enabling enterprise-learning strategy, learning solutions and learning support
- Supporting the development of high-quality learning content through the application of SAL and contemporary digital learning practices
About YOU
You'll have:
- Previous experience in a learning and education role
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and an ability to manage and work as part of virtual teams
- High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication and an ability to adapt to suit a variety of different audiences
- The ability to work effectively across regional, global and functional boundaries
- Ability to work within robust processes, tools, procedures, solutions and services related to the respective areas of specialism
- Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite. Familiarity with tools like, Tableau, SharePoint and Oracle is desirable
