About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an excellent opportunity for a Learning Partner to join our team in Adelaide and support the Hunter Class Frigate Program.
In this role, you'll be responsible for partnering and working with our Learning and Capability team where you will assist our Functional and Technical training specialists to improve learning quality and support in the development and advancing of our learning and assessment strategies ensuring optimisation of our evaluation, data and analytics and supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, with options of working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analysing data on learning outcomes and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Using a systems approach to learning design such as the ADDIE Method
- Supporting the continued use of Learning Management Systems across and within the Enterprise to support the consistent management of learning
- Managing internal and external stakeholders enabling enterprise-learning strategy, learning solutions and learning support
- Supporting the development of high-quality learning content through the application of SAL and contemporary digital learning practices
About YOU
- Demonstrated experience in a learning design role
- Experience in the design of reporting and data analytics
- Experience in Tableau (highly desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively with personnel across different sites and the ability to understand the impact of global priorities and their influence on how we work
- Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and Oracle (highly desirable)
